LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective September 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Omnipost. By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your email and devices secure.
The service
Omnipost provides media storage, AI-assisted content analysis, draft generation, scheduling and publishing tools. Features may change as the service develops. AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before publishing.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Omnipost a limited license to host, process, analyze, transform and transmit that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and publish it.
Connected accounts
You authorize Omnipost to act on the social accounts and assets you select, only within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for reviewing the destination, copy, visibility and schedule before approving a publication. Provider terms—including Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram terms—also apply.
Acceptable use
You may not use Omnipost to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content; access accounts without authorization; distribute malware or spam; interfere with the service; evade provider limits; or violate applicable platform policies.
Availability
We work to keep Omnipost reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful delivery by third-party platforms. Publishing may fail because of provider outages, expired authorization, policy enforcement, media requirements or other circumstances outside our control.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to platform requirements or address violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Omnipost is not responsible for lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, provider enforcement or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Omnipost evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
